The COAST Annual Report 2025 presents our response to another challenging year in the coastal areas of Bangladesh. It highlights our key achievements and the impacts of our programs on vulnerable communities. Throughout the year, we worked closely with coastal people facing climate and socio-economic challenges, striving to strengthen resilience, promote inclusion, and support sustainable development. This year, we focused on five key thematic areas that guided our work and shaped our results. It also reflects our learnings, the challenges we encountered, and the strategic priorities that will shape our future direction.
