The twenty-sixth episode of the ‘NGO Talk Show’ was aired on 2 November, 2022 with one of the government-registered NGOs of Bangladesh – COAST Foundation. The title of the event was ‘Developing Bangladesh: Scope for Research’ with COAST Foundation. The keynote speaker for this episode was Mr. Rezaul Karim Chowdhury, Executive Director, COAST Foundation. From North South University (NSU) Dr. Katherine Li, Director, Office of External Affairs was present as a Special Guest, and Mr. Mehedi Masud Sumon, Officer, Office of the External Affairs (OEA) hosted the live talk show. The students and alumni attended the show and also took part in the discussion by making comments and questions. Mr. Reza, in the episode, highlighted the contributions of NGOs & CSOs in the integrated development of the country. He, here, also encouraged the involvement of youths in research in order to take the country to the new height. He also opined that COAST Foundation would be a potential partner in exploring the research areas aiming at improving the coastal life and livelihood in Bangladesh.
